To provide a precast concrete member capable of securing a strength o a reinforcement joint without using a mechanical joint.SOLUTION: A precast concrete member (column member 20) has: a main reinforcement 22 buried in precast concrete; a sheath pipe 30 buried in the precast concrete along a main reinforcement 22 and allowing a joint main reinforcement 22A to be inserted and fixed; and a reinforcement bar 40 surrounding the sheath pipe 30 and the main reinforcement 22 and integral with the sheath pipe 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A 【課題】機械式継手を用いずに鉄筋継手の強度を確保できるプレキャストコンクリート部材を提供する。【解決手段】プレキャストコンクリート部材（柱部材２０）は、プレキャストコンクリートに埋設された主鉄筋２２と、主鉄筋２２に沿ってプレキャストコンクリートへ埋設され、継手主鉄筋２２Ａが挿入固定されるシース管３０と、シース管３０及び主鉄筋２２を取り囲みシース管３０と一体とされた補強筋４０と、を有する。【選択図】図１Ａ
