Zusammenfassung:	To provide an adhesive composition which has sufficient adhesive force, flexibility and base material adhesion and is suitable for fields such as an automobile, a housing material, a vessel and an aircraft, and a laminate formed of the composition.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition contains a urethane-acryl composite resin (C) in which a urethane unit (A) and a (meth)acryloyl unit (B) are connected to each other by a chain transfer agent residue, a crosslinking agent (D), and a reactive diluent (E). The (meth)acryloyl unit (B) has a structural unit derived from a (meth)acryl monomer (b1) having a hydroxyl group and a structural unit derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (b2) having at least one group selected from the group consisting of a ketone group and an aldehyde group.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】十分な接着力、柔軟性、及び基材密着性を有する自動車、建材、船舶、航空機等の分野に適した接着剤組成物、及び該組成物より形成してなる積層体の提供。【解決手段】上記課題は、ウレタンユニット（Ａ）と（メタ）アクリロイルユニット（Ｂ）とが連鎖移動剤残基により連結したウレタン・アクリル複合樹脂（Ｃ）、架橋剤（Ｄ）、及び反応性希釈剤（Ｅ）を含有する接着剤組成物であって、前記（メタ）アクリロイルユニット（Ｂ）が、水酸基を有する（メタ）アクリル単量体（ｂ１）由来の構成単位と、ケトン基及びアルデヒド基からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも１種の基を有するエチレン性不飽和単量体（ｂ２）由来の構成単位とを有する、接着剤組成物によって解決される。【選択図】なし
