Zusammenfassung:	To provide a concrete-hardened body and a waste-treating method, capable of treating a waste properly.SOLUTION: A concrete block 1 is formed by covering a peripheral portion of a container 20 with a concrete 30 and then hardening the peripheral portion thereof, the container being filled with at least a waste. The waste filled in the container 20 may be, but not limited thereto especially, a domestic waste, an industrial waste, and a mixture thereof. A typical waste includes waste plastics, rubbles and the like. A material 10 filled in the container 20 may include a fresh concrete and the like, as well as the wastes. The container 20 is used which has a material quality and sealability according to the waste to be filled, so that the filled waste does not flow out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】廃棄物を適切に処理することができるコンクリート硬化体及び廃棄物処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも廃棄物が充填された容器２０の周囲をコンクリート３０で覆い固めてなるコンクリートブロック１である。容器２０に充填される廃棄物は、特に限定されず、一般廃棄物、産業廃棄物、あるいはこれらの混合物であってもよい。具体的な廃棄物としては廃プラスチック類、がれき類等が挙げられる。容器２０への充填物１０には、廃棄物の他にフレッシュコンクリート等が含まれていてもよい。容器２０は、充填された廃棄物が流出しないように、充填する廃棄物に応じた材質、シール性を備えるものを用いる。【選択図】図１
