Zusammenfassung: | To provide a resin composition capable of suppressing generation of draw resonance when processed into a conductive film.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing a conductive film, in which a resin composition contains a polyolefin resin and carbon black. The method of manufacturing the conductive film comprises: processing the resin composition by extrusion molding; performing measurement of a change in an extensional viscosity of a test piece in a state in which both ends of the columnar test piece composed of the resin composition are pulled to apply uniaxial elongation deformation at a predetermined strain rate to the test piece; and determining a composition of the resin composition in which a difference between a logarithmic value of the extensional viscosity when the predetermined strain rate is 0.02 (/s) and a logarithmic value of the extensional viscosity when the predetermined strain rate is 0.1 (/s) is lower than 0.5 (Pa s) at a time when 5 (s) has passed from a start of the measurement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】導電性フィルムに加工した場合にドローレゾナンスの発生を抑制可能な樹脂組成物を提供することである。【解決手段】樹脂組成物は、ポリオレフィン系樹脂とカーボンブラックとを含み、押出し成形によって導電性フィルムに加工される。この樹脂組成物は、該樹脂組成物により構成された柱状の試験片の両端が引っ張られることによって試験片に所定の歪み速度による一軸伸長変形が加えられた状態で、試験片の伸長粘度の変化の測定が行なわれると、該測定の開始から5(s)経過時点において、所定の歪み速度が0.02(/s)である場合の伸長粘度の対数の値と、所定の歪み速度が0.1(/s)である場合の伸長粘度の対数の値との差が0.5(Pa・s)未満である。【選択図】図1 |
