Zusammenfassung:To provide a casting die capable of shorting a distance from a pouring gate to a second cavity terminal without causing casting defects.SOLUTION: A molten metal 12 is fed from a pouring gate 58 to a main runner 59 and is branched to a first runner 61 and a second runner 62 while along a conical face 57b of a conical part 57, and the molten metal passing through the first runner 61 is poured into a first cavity 53 and the molten metal passing through the second runner 62 is poured into a second cavity 54.EFFECT: The molten metal flows along the conical face, thus is not disturbed. The pouring gate and the main runner are provided between the first cavity and the second cavity, thus a distance from the pouring gate to the second cavity terminal is shortened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】鋳造欠陥を伴わないで、湯口から第2キャビティ末端までの距離を短くすることができる鋳造金型を提供する。【解決手段】溶湯12は、湯口58から主湯道59に供給され、円錐部57の円錐面57bに沿いながら第1湯道61と第2湯道62に分流され、第1湯道61を通る溶湯が第1キャビティ53に注湯され、第2湯道62を通る溶湯が第2キャビティ54に注湯される。【効果】溶湯は円錐面に沿って流れるために、乱れない。第1キャビティと第2キャビティの間に湯口及び主湯道を設けたので、湯口から第2キャビティ末端までの距離が短くなる。【選択図】図5
