To solve the problem in which the temperature of a rotating member becomes non-uniform in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A fixing device comprises: an endless fixing belt 31; a pressure roller 32 that is opposite to the fixing belt 31; a nip forming member 33 that forms a fixing nip N with the pressure roller 32 with the fixing belt 31 therebetween; a heating member that heats the fixing belt 31; and a stay 40 that supports the nip forming member 33.
