The first component: copper, the second component: one kind selected from the group consisting of cobalt, nickel, molybdenum, and rhenium, the third component: at least one kind that is an element belonging to the third to tenth, twelfth group of the fourth period of a periodic table, and an element belonging to the third to seventh group and the eleventh to twelfth group of the fifth to sixth period of the periodic table and selected from the group consisting of an element different from the elements selected as the second component.SELECTED DRAWING: None
