Zusammenfassung:	To provide an electric power conversion apparatus that achieves improved vibration resistance.SOLUTION: The electric power conversion apparatus comprises: a holding plate (613) fixed to a support case (6) and provided with holding pieces (616, 617) having resiliency and facing each other through a space between the plate and a surface (501) of a control circuit board (5); and a guide member (53) disposed in the space and guiding a relay terminal (320) extended from power semiconductor devices (31, 32) to a through hole (51) provided on the control circuit board (5).
