Zusammenfassung:To provide a pipe installation method which can save labor for recovering rails after installation is completed to achieve reduction of costs.SOLUTION: A pipe installation method is used to install new pipes 5 to 8 in an existing pipe conduit 2. A pipe transfer device 34 which may slide on an inner surface of the existing pipe conduit 2 is attached to the pre-joint new pipe 8 and a movable rope body 35 connected to the pipe transfer device 34 is pulled in a pipe transfer direction D to move the pre-joint new pipe 8 in the existing pipe conduit 2. A joint rope body connected to the joined new pipe 7 is pulled by a joint traction device attached to the pre-joint new pipe 8 to move the pre-joint new pipe 8 toward the joined new pipe 7. Then, one end part of the pre-joint new pipe 8 is joined to the other end part of the joined new pipe 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16 【課題】施工完了後にレールを回収する手間を省き、コストダウンを図ることができる管の敷設方法を提供する。【解決手段】既設管路2内に新設管5〜8を敷設する管の敷設方法であって、既設管路2の内面を滑動自在な管移送装置34を接合前の新設管8に取り付け、管移送装置34に接続された移動用索体35を管移送方向Dへ引っ張ることで、接合前の新設管8を既設管路2内において移動させ、接合済みの新設管7に接続された接合用索体を、接合前の新設管8に取り付けられた接合用牽引装置で引っ張って、接合前の新設管8を接合済みの新設管7に向けて移動させ、接合前の新設管8の一端部を接合済みの新設管7の他端部に接合する。【選択図】図16
