Zusammenfassung:To provide a flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding that has excellent workability in welding in any posture, causes a reduced amount of sputtering, and gives a weld metal having excellent toughness at low temperature.SOLUTION: A flux-cored wire for gas shielded arc welding contains, in mass% based on the total wire mass, as the total of a steel sheath and flux, C: 0.03-0.10%, Si: 0.2-0.7%, Mn: 2.8-3.8%, Al: 0.20-0.50%, B: 0.002-0.015%, with Mn/Al: 7-17; and further contains, in mass% based on the total wire mass, in the flux, a total TiO2 conversation value: 5.0-8.0%, a total SiO2 conversation value: 0.2-0.7%, ZrO2 conversation value: 0.2-0.7%, Al2O3 conversation value: 0.1-0.5%, a total F conversation value: 0.02-0.15%, Mg: 0.1-0.8%, a total of Na conversation value and K conversation value: 0.03-0.20%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】全姿勢溶接での溶接作業性が良好で、スパッタ発生量が少なく、かつ、低温靭性に優れた溶接金属が得られるガスシールドアーク溶接用フラックス入りワイヤを提供する。【解決手段】ワイヤ全質量に対する質量%で、鋼製外皮とフラックスの合計で、C:0.03〜0.10%、Si:0.2〜0.7%、Mn:2.8〜3.8%、Al:0.20〜0.50%、B:0.002〜0.015%を含有し、かつ、Mn/Al:7〜17であり、さらに、ワイヤ全質量に対する質量%で、フラックス中に、TiO2換算値の合計:5.0〜8.0%、SiO2換算値の合計:0.2〜0.7%、ZrO2換算値の合計:0.2〜0.7%、Al2O3換算値の合計:0.1〜0.5%、F換算値の合計:0.02〜0.15%、Mg:0.1〜0.8%、Na換算値及びK換算値の合計:0.03〜0.20%を含有することを特徴とする。【選択図】 なし
