To provide a vehicle lending support device capable of meeting the needs of a user who desires granting of privileges according to a state of a vehicle before lending, a privilege determination method, and a privilege determination program.SOLUTION: A vehicle state acquisition unit 300 acquires information about degrees of both deterioration in appearance quality of a vehicle 12 and deterioration in a sanitary state in a room of the vehicle 12. Information on the degree of deterioration in the sanitary state includes information about a degree of odor as an example.
