Zusammenfassung:To make it possible to adjust the angle of an optical mirror in a simple and accurate manner.SOLUTION: An optical element angle adjustment device is provided with a first and second projections so as to project onto the same axis from opposite positions across an optical mirror held by a mirror holding part. The optical element angle adjustment device is provided with a bearing part that supports the first projection, a first adjustment member having a long hole par that is formed along a first rotation direction being a direction to rotate the axis of the first projection and into which the second projection part is inserted, and a second adjustment member that is fitted to the second projection projecting from the first adjustment member and rotates the mirror holding part in a second rotation direction having the axis as a rotation axis through the second projection. The optical element angle adjustment device adjusts, with the first adjustment member, the position of the second projection in the long hole part, adjusts the rotation angle in the first rotation direction of the mirror holding part, and adjusts the rotation angle in the second rotation direction of the second adjustment member to rotate the mirror holding part through the second projection and adjust the rotational position of the mirror holding part.
