Zusammenfassung:To provide a lamination structure for a resin plate which improves a cutoff effect for preventing rainwater, etc., from introducing, without being influenced by a creep or stress relaxation phenomenon which may be caused by a force of a bolt in an axis center direction with long-time use of a synthetic resin plate or a seal member, the structure being configured to laminate the synthetic resin plate and one or more metal plates in a large-sized component.SOLUTION: In a lamination structure for a resin plate, a collar in which a fastening flange protrudes in an upper end edge portion and includes a bolt insertion hole in a center is inserted into collar insertion holes which are provided in a synthetic resin plate and a metal plate. A bolt is inserted from the bolt insertion hole and the synthetic resin plate and the metal plate are laminated, fastened and fixed by a bolt head and a nut screwed to the bolt. The collar covered by an elastic seal member whose outer peripheral surface is made thicker gradually upward, and having a taper shape in cross section, is inserted into the collar insertion hole, such that the elastic seal member in an upper end portion performs cutoff with an elastic force in an axis transverse direction pressing to a side face of the collar insertion hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】大型部品における合成樹脂板と1以上の金属板との張り合わせ構造において、ボルトの軸芯方向の力により合成樹脂板やシール部材の長期使用に伴い生じ得るクリープや応力緩和現象の影響を受けることがなく、雨水等の侵入を防止する止水効果の高い樹脂板の張り合わせ構造を提供する。【解決手段】上端縁部に締め込みフランジを突出し中央にボルト挿通孔を有するカラーを合成樹脂板と金属板に設けたカラー挿貫孔に挿入し、ボルト挿通孔からボルトを挿通してボルト頭とボルトに螺合したナットによって、合成樹脂板と金属板とを張り合わせて締め込み固定する樹脂板の張り合わせ構造において、外周面を上方漸次肉厚状とした断面テーパー状の弾性シール部材で被覆した前記カラーをカラー挿貫孔に挿入することにより上端部の弾性シール部材がカラー挿貫孔側面に押圧する軸横断方向の弾力により止水するよう構成した。【選択図】図1
