FILTER-INCORPORATED JOINT

To provide a filter-incorporated joint which allows the exchange of a filter without being removed from piping, and hardly causes the damage of the filter.SOLUTION: A filter-incorporated joint has: a joint main body having first and second flow-in/out parts, and having a communication space communicating with the flow-in/out parts therein; a filter element for purifying fluid flowing in the joint main body, and having a filter main body, and a cylindrical base end part in which a penetration hole for making an opening part of the filter main body, and the first flow-in/out part or the second flow-in/out part communicate with each other. A tool engagement part is arranged at a flange part of the base end part, a maintenance opening part communicating with the communication space is formed at the joint main body, and the maintenance opening part has a prescribed opening diameter so as to make a tool engaged with the tool engagement part by inserting the tool from the maintenance opening part, and to make the filter element attachable and detachable to/from the joint main body, and is arranged in a prescribed position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】配管から継手を外さなくともフィルタの交換が可能で、フィルタが損傷しにくいフィルタ内蔵継手を提供する。【解決手段】第１及び第２流出入口部を備える継手本体であって、これらの流出入口部と連通する連通空間を内部に備える継手本体と、継手本体を流れる流体を清浄化するフィルタエレメントであって、フィルタ本体と、フィルタ本体の開口部と第１流出入口部または第２流出入口部と連通する貫通孔があいている筒状の基端部とを備えるフィルタエレメントと、を有し、基端部のフランジ部には、工具係合部が備えられており、継手本体には、さらに、連通空間と連通する保守用開口部が備えられ、保守用開口部から工具を挿入し工具係合部と係合させ、フィルタエレメントを継手本体に着脱をすることができるように、保守用開口部は、所定の開口径を有し、所定の位置に配置されている。【選択図】 図１
