SEAM FELT FOR PAPER MAKING

To provide a seam felt for paper making which increases an airspace amount, and is easy to manufacture.SOLUTION: A base fabric 2 of a seam felt 1 for paper making includes: a first warp 5 including an upper stage part 9, and an intermediate stage part 10 to form a loop 4 by folding back; a second warp 6 disposed nearer at a running face side than the intermediate stage part 10, and composing a lower stage part; a first weft 7 weaved into the upper stage part 9; and a second weft 8 weaved into the intermediate stage part 10 and the lower stage part. 1 ply tissue 11 is formed by the upper stage part 9 and the first weft 7, and a warp 2 ply tissue 12 is formed by the intermediate stage part 10, the lower stage part, and the second weft. The airspace amount increases by mutually lapping the 1 ply tissue 11, and the warp 2 ply tissue 12, and both of them can be weaved together to make manufacture easy as the 1 ply tissue 11, and the warp 2 ply tissue 12 are mutually connected by a loop 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】フェルトの空隙量を増大させるとともに、製造が容易な製紙用シームフェルトを提供する。【解決手段】製紙用シームフェルト１の基布２は、折り返されることによりループ４を形成して上段部９及び中段部１０を含む第１経糸５と、中段部１０よりも走行面側に配置されて下段部を構成する第２経糸６と、上段部９に織り込まれた第１緯糸７と、中段部１０及び下段部に織り込まれた第２緯糸８とを備える。上段部９及び第１緯糸７によって１重組織１１が形成され、中段部１０、下段部及び第２緯糸によって経２重組織１２が形成される。１重組織１１と経２重組織１２とが互いに重なることにより空隙量が増大し、１重組織１１と経２重組織１２とが互いにループ４によって繋がっているため、両者をまとめて織ることができ製造が容易となる。【選択図】図１
