Zusammenfassung: | To provide a new cardiac failure diagnostic device capable of accurately diagnosing a cardiac failure based on respiration stability from a detection result of a flexible piezoelectric sensor sheet that is not required to be attached to a user.SOLUTION: A cardiac failure diagnostic device 10 for diagnosing a cardiac failure by using an index generated from a standard deviation of a respiration frequency on a user P includes: a flexible piezoelectric sensor sheet 12 for outputting a detection signal according to input vibration; a respiration signal acquisition unit 40 for taking out a signal of a vibration frequency caused by respiration as a respiration signal from the detection signal of the piezoelectric sensor sheet 12; and a power spectrum calculation unit 44 for calculating a power spectrum of a respiration frequency band from the respiration signal. Also provided is a signal correction unit 42 for correcting the detection signal to obtain the respiration signal so that a maximum value of a primary frequency component of a respiration waveform becomes 1.5 times a maximum value of a secondary frequency component of the respiration waveform in the power spectrum.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】使用者に装着する必要のない柔軟な圧電型センサシートの検出結果から、呼吸安定性に基づいた心不全の高精度な診断を可能とする、新規な心不全診断装置を提供する。【解決手段】使用者Pの呼吸周波数の標準偏差から生成された指標を用いて心不全の診断を行う心不全診断装置10であって、入力振動に応じた検出信号を出力する柔軟な圧電型センサシート12と、圧電型センサシート12の検出信号から呼吸に起因する振動周波数の信号を呼吸信号として取り出す呼吸信号取得部40と、呼吸信号から呼吸周波数帯域のパワースペクトルを算出するパワースペクトル演算部44とを、有しており、パワースペクトルにおいて呼吸波形の一次周波数成分の最大値が呼吸波形の二次周波数成分の最大値に対して1.5倍以上となるように検出信号を補正して該呼吸信号とする信号補正部42が設けられている。【選択図】図1 |
