Zusammenfassung:To provide a storage battery system which is thin, can be installed along a wall, and is highly convenient.SOLUTION: A storage battery system 1 is connected with: a first electric power line 31 which enables charging with the use of electric power output from an external power source 30; and a second electric power line 32 which enables discharging. The storage battery system 1 comprises a rectangular parallelepiped housing 2, a storage battery 12, and an output part 17. The storage battery 12 is configured to be able to charge/discharge. The output part 17 is connected to the second electric power line 32 so as to supply the electric power to a load. In the storage battery system 1, when a direction parallel to the shortest side of the housing 2 is defined as a depth direction D1, the housing 2 is installed on a floor surface 200 in such a manner that one surface 11, of two surfaces perpendicularly intersecting the depth direction D1, may extend along a wall 100 of a facility.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】薄型で壁に沿うように設置することができ、かつ利便性の高い蓄電池システムを提供する。【解決手段】蓄電池システム1は、外部電源30から出力された電力を基に充電を可能とする第1電力線31と、放電を可能とする第2電力線32と、が接続される。蓄電池システム1は、直方体の形状の筐体2と、蓄電池12と、出力部17と、を備える。蓄電池12は充放電可能に構成される。出力部17は、第2電力線32に接続され、電力を負荷に供給する。蓄電池システム1は、筐体2の最も短い辺に平行な方向を奥行き方向D1とし、奥行き方向D1と垂直に交わる2つの面のうち一の面11を施設の壁100に沿わせるように筐体2が床面200に設置される。【選択図】図1
