Zusammenfassung: | To provide a technique of suppressing an increase in reflection wave power (synonymous with a reflection coefficient ) due to IMD.SOLUTION: A high-frequency power supply system according to the present disclosure, which provides a high-frequency power to a load connected, comprises: a bias power supply that outputs a bias power at a first frequency; a source power supply that outputs a source power at a second frequency higher than the first frequency; and a matching unit that acquires the bias power and the source power, and includes an impedance matching circuit that establishes matching between an impedance on a source power supply side and an impedance on a load side. The source power supply determines a delay set value indicative of a timing of start of frequency variation processing of the source power, performs the frequency variation processing using the delay set value and a value of the first frequency, and outputs the source power after the frequency variation processing to the matching unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
