To provide an optical member drive device, a camera device and an electric apparatus which can exhibit a stable vibration damping effect and facilitate manufacture.SOLUTION: An optical member drive device 1 includes: a carrier 4 having a through hole 45 for mounting an optical member and having a rectangular outer shape; a front plate 20 and a rear plate 30 facing so as to sandwich the carrier 4; a housing 10 having a plurality of pillar parts 33a and 33b rising toward the front plate 20 from the rear plate 30; and a front spring 5 and a rear spring 6 arranged among the carrier 4, the front plate 20 and the rear plate 30.
