Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for measuring a three-dimensional hardness distribution which has a higher measurement accuracy.SOLUTION: The method for measuring a three-dimensional hardness distribution repeats the steps of: cutting a surface of a measurement target member flat; taking an image of the cut surface; pushing a hardness test indenter into a plurality of points in the imaged surface. The depth of the cutting in the surface is controlled to be a predetermined constant level in the cutting step, and the pushing depth of the indenter in the points is controlled to be a predetermined constant level in the pushing step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】より測定精度に優れた三次元硬さ分布測定方法の提供。【解決手段】測定対象部材の表面を平坦に切削する工程と、切削された前記表面を撮像する工程と、撮像された前記表面の複数点に対して、硬さ試験用の圧子を押し込む工程と、を繰り返す三次元硬さ分布測定方法である。切削する工程において、前記表面の切削深さを予め定められた一定量に制御すると共に、押し込む工程において、前記複数点における前記圧子の押し込み深さを予め定められた一定量に制御する。【選択図】図1
