Zusammenfassung: | To absorb thermal elongation in a narrow installation space, and to reduce a frequency of maintenance and exchange.SOLUTION: Related to a construction method of piping 1 which extends between two points P1 and P2 which are separated from each other, and in which a fluid having a prescribed temperature flows, a bend part 6 is provided at the piping 1 when a difference between an environmental temperature at construction and a prescribed temperature exceeds a prescribed value. The bend part 6 has two pieces of piping 4 and 5 which are non-parallel to each other, and a joint 7 for connecting the two pieces of piping 4 and 5. According to one embodiment of this invention, a Young's rate of the joint 7 is lower than Young's rates of the piping 4 and 5, and according to another embodiment of the invention, the bending rigidity of the joint 7 is lower than the bending rigidity of a joint composed of a material which is the same as those of the piping 4 and 5, having a center line and a wall thickness which are the same as those of the joint 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】狭い設置スペースで熱伸縮を吸収し、メンテナンスや交換の頻度を抑制する。【解決手段】本発明は、互いに離れた2点P1,P2間を延び、所定の温度の流体が流れる配管1の施工方法に関し、施工時の環境温度と所定の温度との差が所定の値を上回るときに配管1に屈曲部6を設けることを有している。屈曲部6は互いに非平行な2つの配管4,5と、2つの配管4,5を接続する継手7と、を有している。本発明の一態様によれば、継手7のヤング率は配管4,5のヤング率より小さい。本発明の他の態様によれば、継手7の曲げ剛性は、配管4,5と同一の材料からなり、継手7と同一の中心線と同一の肉厚を有する継手の曲げ剛性より小さい。【選択図】図1 |
