BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD

To provide a building construction method capable of blocking flowing-out of an alkaline component eluted from cement use parts of a foundation and an accompanying skeleton built in a drilling pit to the ground.SOLUTION: A construction method of a building 1 for blocking flowing-out of an alkaline component eluted from cement use parts of the building 1 to the ground G includes: drilling the ground G to construct a drilling pit P; and constructing a foundation 2 and an accompanying skeleton 3 in the drilling pit P in a state where an impermeable layer 6 is interposed between the ground G and all the cement use parts of the foundation 2 of the building 1 and the skeleton 3 accompanying construction of the building 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】掘削ピット内に構築される基礎および付随躯体のセメント使用部分から溶出するアルカリ成分が地盤へ流出するのを遮断する建築物の構築方法の提供。【解決手段】建築物１のセメント使用部分から溶出するアルカリ成分の地盤Ｇへの流出を遮断する建築物１の構築方法であって、地盤Ｇを掘削して掘削ピットＰを構築し、掘削ピットＰ内において、建築物１の基礎２および建築物１の構築に付随する付随躯体３のセメント使用部分の全てと地盤Ｇとの間に不透水層６を介在させた状態で、基礎２および付随躯体３を構築する。【選択図】図１
