Zusammenfassung: | To solve such problems that a metallic reinforcing cord such as a steel cord is used as a reinforcing material in a tire belt layer because a strong impact or large load is applied to the tire belt layer, and a rubber for covering such a steel cord requires good adhesiveness to a steel cord after deterioration and is also required to have breaking strength.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition for metal bonding which contains, based on 100 pts.mass of diene rubber including 80 pts.mass or more of at least natural rubber and/or synthetic isoprene rubber, 0.2 to 5 pts.mass of an amine-based antioxidant, 0.5 to 8 pts.mass ot a phenol-based antioxidant and 0.5 to 10 pts.mass of a liquid rubber including isoprene and/or butadiene components and having a weight average molecular weight of 3,000 to 100,000.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】タイヤベルト層には、強い衝撃や大きな荷重がかかるため、補強材としてスチールコードのような金属製補強コードが用いられている。このようなスチールコードを被覆するゴムは、劣化後のスチールコードとの良好な接着性が必要とされ、また破断強度も要求される。【解決手段】少なくとも天然ゴムおよび/または合成イソプレンゴムを80質量部以上含むジエン系ゴム100質量部に対し、アミン系老化防止剤を0.2〜5質量部、フェノール系老化防止剤を0.5〜8質量部、およびイソプレンおよび/またはブタジエン成分を含む重量平均分子量3,000〜100,000の液状ゴムを0.5〜10質量部含有してなる金属接着用ゴム組成物によって、上記課題を解決した。【選択図】なし |
