Zusammenfassung: | To provide a laser beam machining device which can reduce a reading time of an alignment mark and can improve processing efficiency.SOLUTION: The laser beam machining device has: suction heads on a carry-in side arranged in a first direction as many as a plurality of work-pieces; and work-piece mounting tables which are in the same number as the plurality of work-pieces for temporarily mounting work-pieces before they are shifted to a table. The respective work-piece mounting tables have alignment functions for the mounted work-pieces. One of them is a movable form which moves in a second direction and receives the work-piece from a carry-in side stocker. While the movable form work-piece mounting table is arranged in the first direction together with another work-piece mounting table, work-pieces from the movable form work-piece mounting table are moved to another work-piece mounting table by the suction head, and while all the work-piece mounting tables are arranged in the first direction, the work-pieces after alignment operation is performed by the suction head from each of all the work-piece mounting tables are moved to the table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、アライメントマークの読み取り時間を短縮し、加工効率を向上させることができるレーザ加工装置を提供する。【解決手段】複数のワークと同数の第1の方向に並んだ搬入側の吸着ヘッドと、テーブルに移す前のワークを一時的に載置するための前記複数のワークと同数のワーク載置台であって、各々は載置されたワークの整列機能を有し、そのうちの一つは第2の方向に移動して搬入側ストッカからワークを受取るようになった可動形式のものと、前記可動形式ワーク載置台を他のワーク載置台とともに前記第1の方向に並んだ状態にして、前記可動形式ワーク載置台から吸着ヘッドによりワークを他のワーク載置台に移し、全てのワーク載置台を前記第1の方向に並んだ状態にして、全てのワーク載置台の各々から前記吸着ヘッドにより整列動作を行った後のワークを前記テーブルに移すようにしたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
