Zusammenfassung: | To solve the problem of a conventional structure in which a cylindrical winding prevention body is provided at an outer periphery of an elevator drive shaft, so that grain culms are wound around the winding prevention body.SOLUTION: A combine including a table 14 connected to a threshing device 3 has a configuration in which an engine's drive rotation is input to an elevator drive shaft 16. A transportation chain 23 is stretched between a drive sprocket 19 fixed to the elevator drive shaft 16 and a transportation drum 20. A winding prevention body 30 is provided at an outer periphery of the elevator drive shaft 16 between right and left drive sprockets 19. Outside covers 31 are provided between an external end surface of the winding prevention body 30 and inner surfaces of the drive sprockets 19. On an inner surface of the drive sprocket 19 is provided an insertion groove 45 into which an outside end surface of the outside cover 31 invades when the outside cover 31 is attached. On the drive sprocket 19's inner surface around the insertion groove 45, a taper part 46 whose height increases toward the insertion groove 45 is provided over the entire circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】従来、エレベーター駆動軸の外周に筒状の巻き付き防止体を設けた構成のため、、巻き付き防止体に穀稈が巻き付くという課題がある。【解決手段】テーブル14を脱穀装置3に接続したコンバインにおいて、エレベーター駆動軸16にはエンジンの駆動回転が入力される構成とし、エレベーター駆動軸16に固定した駆動スプロケット19と搬送用ドラム20との間に搬送チェン23を掛け回し、左右の駆動スプロケット19間のエレベーター駆動軸16の外周には巻付き防止体30を設け、巻付き防止体30の外端面と駆動スプロケット19の内面との間には外側カバー31を設け、駆動スプロケット19の内面には外側カバー31を取り付けた際に外側カバー31の外側端面が食い込む挿入溝45を設け、挿入溝45の周囲の駆動スプロケット19の内面には挿入溝45に向かって高くなるテーパー部46を全周に亘って設けたコンバイン。【選択図】 図3 |
