Zusammenfassung: | To provide a power generation system of renewable energy for maximizing a profit.SOLUTION: A power generation system of renewable energy includes: a power generation apparatus of renewable energy, which is a power generation facility using the renewable energy; a power storage apparatus that stores an electric power; a load that consumes the electric power; and a power control device that controls the electric power. In the power generation system of the renewable energy, the power control device creates a predicted power demand which predicts an electric power to be consumed by the load, and a predicted power to be generated which predicts an amount of an electric power to be generated by the power generation apparatus of the renewable energy, on the day on which an electric power plan is carried out; sets the time when the electric power by the power generation apparatus of the renewable energy starts being stored in the power storage apparatus, and the amount of power to be stored, and stores the predicted power to be deficit which is a difference between the predicted power demand and the predicted power to be generated, in the power storage apparatus, in preparation for the case when the predicted power demand exceeds the predicted power to be generated; calculates a predicted power storage cost in the case where the power is discharged, and a predicted power receiving cost which is a cost to be paid when the predicted deficient power is supplied by a purchased power from the power system; and controls the power storage apparatus and the power to be purchased, on the basis of the predicted power storage cost and the predicted power receiving cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】収益を最大化する再生可能エネルギー発電システムを提供する。【解決手段】再生可能エネルギーを使用した発電設備である再生可能エネルギー発電装置と、電力を蓄電する蓄電装置と、電力を消費する負荷と、電力を制御する電力制御装置を備えた再生可能エネルギー発電システムであって、電力制御装置は、電力計画実行日における負荷の消費電力を予測した予測需要電力と、再生可能エネルギー発電装置の発電量を予測した予測発電電力を生成し、予測需要電力が予測発電電力を上回った場合に備えて、再生可能エネルギー発電装置の電力を蓄電装置に蓄電開始する時刻と蓄電量を定め、予測需要電力と予測発電電力の差分である予測不足電力を蓄電装置に蓄電し、放電する場合の予測蓄電コストと、予測不足電力を電力系統からの買電電力により賄うコストである予測受電コストとを算出し、予測蓄電コストと予測受電コストに基づいて蓄電装置及び買電電力を制御することを特徴とする再生可能エネルギー発電システム。【選択図】図1 |
