Zusammenfassung:To provide a power conversion device in which high cooling performance is ensured in a wide range thereof.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 100 includes a substrate 100a that has a first member 60 and a second member 70; and a device circuit that is attached to the substrate 100a. A flow path 80 is formed between the first member 60 and the second member 70. At least one protruding first fin 68 is formed on a first facing surface of a surface that faces the second member 70 across the flow path 80, in the first member 60; and at least one protruding second fin 78 that extends along with the first fin 68 is formed on a second facing surface 76 of a surface that faces the first member 60 across the flow path 80, in the second member 70.
