GROUND FAULT PROTECTION METHOD

To make it possible to construct a temporary circuit as a countermeasure for two-line of a distribution line without modifying a switch gear.SOLUTION: When an existing switch gear 2 is replaced with a new switch gear 7, and when operation is performed by two-line (here, a line t and a line u) distribution line, a new master connection/SC box 74 is temporarily installed and the master connection/SC box 74 and the distribution line of the line t and the line u are electrically connected before incorporating into the new switch gear 7. When a ground fault occurs in the distribution line of the line t and the line u, a breaker circuit for a unit capacitor breaker provided in the master connection/SC box 74 operates in response to operation of a 64 V ground fault relay of a ground fault overvoltage relay provided for the distribution line of the line t and the line u, thereby shutting off the distribution line of the line t and the line u.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】スイッチギヤの改造を行うことなく配電線２回線対策としての仮の回路を構築することを可能とする。【解決手段】既設のスイッチギヤ２を新設するスイッチギヤ７に取り替える際に２回線（ここでは、回線ｔおよび回線ｕ）の配電線での運用となるときに、新設するスイッチギヤ７に組み込む前に、新設する母連・ＳＣ箱７４を仮設置して母連・ＳＣ箱７４と回線ｔおよび回線ｕの配電線とを電気的に接続して、回線ｔおよび回線ｕの配電線で地絡が発生した場合に、回線ｔおよび回線ｕの配電線に対して設けられている地絡過電圧継電器の６４Ｖ地絡リレーの動作に反応して母連・ＳＣ箱７４に備えられているユニットコンデンサ用遮断器の遮断回路が動作して回線ｔおよび回線ｕの配電線を遮断する。【選択図】 図６
