Zusammenfassung:	To provide a pedestal that can stably rotate a movable part of a movable device.SOLUTION: A pedestal fixes a light deflector that has a movable part including a reflection surface and can rotate the movable part on a predetermined rotation axis, and has a pair of fixing parts that fix the light deflector, a connection part that connects the pair of fixing parts, and a transmission area through which light reflected and deflected on the reflection surface transmits when the movable part rotates centered on the rotation axis.
