Zusammenfassung: | To provide an analysis method of an intermolecular interaction and an analyzer which can analyze the intermolecular interaction generated between molecules on the basis of a measurement result with reduced measurement error and high reliability.SOLUTION: An analysis method of an intermolecular interaction includes; a first step for making a sample solution containing nanoparticles (5) in each of which one or more first molecule (1) being an analysis object are coupled with one or more second molecules (2) being an internal standard contact with a baseboard (100) having a region to which a third molecule (3) is fixed, and a region to which a fourth molecule (4) is fixed; a second step for measuring the interaction of the first molecule (1) and the third molecule (3), and the interaction of the second molecule (2) and the fourth molecule (4); and a third step for analyzing a measurement result of the analysis object on the basis of a measurement result of the internal standard. An analyzer of the intermolecular interaction comprises the baseboard (100), a measurement part for measuring the intermolecular interaction, and an analysis part for analyzing the measurement result of the analysis object on the basis of the measurement result of the internal standard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】分子同士の間に形成される分子間相互作用を、測定誤差が小さく信頼性が高い測定結果に基づいて解析可能な分子間相互作用の解析方法および解析装置を提供する。【解決手段】分子間相互作用の解析方法は、解析対象である第1分子(1)および内部標準となる第2分子(2)が結合したナノ粒子(5)を含む試料液を、第3分子(3)が固定された領域と第4分子(4)が固定された領域を有する基板(100)に接触させる第1ステップ、第1分子(1)と第3分子(3)との分子間相互作用および第2分子(2)と第4分子(4)との分子間相互作用を測定する第2ステップ、解析対象の測定結果を、内部標準の測定結果に基づいて解析する第3ステップを含む。分子間相互作用の解析装置は、基板(100)と、分子間相互作用を測定する測定部と、解析対象の測定結果を内部標準の測定結果に基づいて解析する解析部を備える。【選択図】図1 |
