Zusammenfassung: | To provide a monitoring device capable of monitoring the inside of a high temperature atmospheric furnace at a wide angle.SOLUTION: A furnace inside monitoring device 1 monitoring the inside of a high temperature atmospheric furnace is provided in which a tubular pipe body portion 2 is formed of; an imaging apparatus 11 comprising an optical system arranged at the distal end portion and a two-dimensional imaging device; a water cooling unit 12 which is provided at the outer circumference of the imaging apparatus 11 and through which cooling water flows; and an air cooling unit 13 provided at the outer circumference of the water cooling unit 12 and through which a cooling gas flows, the water cooling unit 12 is comprised of an approach route 12a on the central axis side of the tubular pipe body portion 2 and a return route 12b turned up from the distal end of the approach route 12a, and, in the air cooling unit 13, the distal end side of the tubular pipe body portion is opened toward the outside, and the cooling gas having flown through the air cooling unit 13 is released from the distal end side of the tubular pipe body portion 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
