In an upper story building unit 3 where the power conditioner 12 and the storage battery 14 are installed, a first wire 16 and a second wire 17 for connecting the power conditioner 12, the distribution panel 15 and the storage battery 14 are installed in a state where the wires are bundled on a ceiling 18. On a construction site, after the upper story building unit 3 is installed on a lower story building unit 2, the first wire 16 and the second wire 17 bundled on the ceiling 18 of the upper story building unit 3 are horizontally pulled along the ceiling 18, and the power conditioner 12, the distribution panel 15 and the storage battery 14 are connected to each other by the first wire 16 and the second wire 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】主に、機器の間を一本の配線で容易に接続できるようにする。【解決手段】パワコン12を上階の外壁面11に設置する。蓄電池14を上階の居室13に設置する。ユニット建物1に分電盤15を設置する。そして、パワコン12や蓄電池14が設置される上階の建物ユニット3に、パワコン12と分電盤15や蓄電池14との間を接続する第一の配線16や第二の配線17を、天井18の上に束ねた状態で設置しておく。建築現場で、下階の建物ユニット2の上に、上階の建物ユニット3を設置した後で、上階の建物ユニット3の天井18の上で束ねられている第一の配線16や第二の配線17を、天井18に沿って横引きし、パワコン12と、分電盤15や蓄電池14との間を、第一の配線16や第二の配線17で接続する。【選択図】図1
