Zusammenfassung:To provide a thermoplastic resin extruded-foamed plate which has heat resistance when being mounted for a long period of time under direct sunlight while having a merit of a polystyrene-based resin, is hardly cracked even when being bent, and can suppress chipping and cracking after processing in slit processing, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin extruded-foamed plate has thickness of 10-150 mm and apparent density of 20-50 kg/m3. The thermoplastic resin constituting the thermoplastic resin extruded-foamed plate is composed of a mixed resin containing a styrene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer and a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin, a mass ratio of the styrene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer to the polyethylene terephthalate-based resin is 50:50 to 90:10, and a ratio of the (meth)acrylic acid unit in the styrene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer is 1-6 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ポリスチレン系樹脂のメリットを有しつつ、直射日光下で長時間載置した際の耐熱性を有するとともに、発泡板を曲げても割れ難く、スリット加工時、加工後の欠けや割れを抑制することができる熱可塑性樹脂押出発泡板及びその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】厚み10〜150mm、見掛け密度20〜50kg/m3の熱可塑性樹脂押出発泡板であって、該熱可塑性樹脂押出発泡板を構成する熱可塑性樹脂が、スチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸共重合体とポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂とを含む混合樹脂からなり、該スチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸共重合体とポリエチレンテレフタレート系樹脂との質量比率が50:50〜90:10であり、該スチレン−(メタ)アクリル酸共重合体中の(メタ)アクリル酸単位の割合が1〜6質量%である。【選択図】なし
