Zusammenfassung:To provide an apparatus and a method for producing a composite material capable of producing more composite materials even in a limited installation space.SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing a composite material of this invention includes plural molds 310 provided and arrayed vertically and each including a lower die 310L and an upper die 310U disposed above the lower die 310L. In each of the molds 310, the lower die 310L is provided being capable of advancing/retracting in a horizontal direction between a position right below the upper die 310U and a protruded position protruded from right below the upper die 310U. When the lower die 310L of the respective molds 310 is in the protruded position, a top base material 2 is mounted on the lower die 310L and a resin agent 40 can be charged into a recess part of the top base material 2. When the lower die 310L of the respective molds 310 is in the right below position, a core material 4 can be charged into a space between the top base material 2 and a back base material 3 by foaming the resin agent 40 between the lower die 310L and the upper die 310U.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】限られた設置スペースであってもより多くの複合材を製造できる複合材製造装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明による複合材製造装置は、下型310Lと下型310Lの上方に配置された上型310Uとをそれぞれ有し、上下方向に並べて設けられた複数の金型310を備え、各金型310において、下型310Lが、上型310Uの直下位置と、上型310Uの直下から突き出た突出位置との間を水平方向に進退可能に設けられており、各金型310の下型310Lが突出位置に位置している時、下型310Lに表基材2が載せられるとともに、表基材2の凹部内に樹脂剤40が注入可能であり、各金型310の下型310Lが直下位置に位置している時、下型310Lと上型310Uとの間で樹脂剤40が発泡されることにより、表基材2と裏基材3との間の空間に芯材4が充填可能とされている。【選択図】図6
