Zusammenfassung:To provide a small, simple, easy to maintain, high performance oil separation recovery system for effective use of space saving.SOLUTION: An oil separation and recovery apparatus includes a storage tank 12 storing a processing liquid 11, and a separation tank 13 separating and recovering an oil content 18 in the processing liquid supplied from the storage tank 12 by levitating fine bubbles 25 in a state that the fine bubbles 25 are generated in the processing liquid 11 and the oil content 18 in the processing liquid is adsorbed to the fine bubbles 25. The separation tank 13 has a primary separation chamber 26 located below and a secondary separation chamber 27 located above. The primary separation chamber 26 and the secondary separation chamber 27 are divided vertically by a partition plate 28. The primary separation chamber 26 and the secondary separation chamber 27 communicate with each other through an opening part 29 of the partition plate 28. The partition plate 28 is inclined upward from an inlet 30 of the primary separation chamber 26 to the opening part 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 省スペースの有効利用を図るため、小型簡易でメンテナンス性に優れた高性能な油分離回収装置を提供する。【解決手段】 処理液11が収容された貯留槽12と、処理液11に微細気泡25を発生させて微細気泡25に処理液中の油分18を吸着させた状態で、貯留槽12から供給された処理液中の油分18を微細気泡25の浮揚作用により浮上分離させて回収する分離槽13とを備え、分離槽13は、下方に位置する一次分離室26と、上方に位置する二次分離室27とからなり、一次分離室26と二次分離室27とを仕切り板28により上下に仕切ると共に、一次分離室26と二次分離室27とを仕切り板28の開口部29により連通させ、仕切り板28を一次分離室26の吸入口30から開口部29へ上方に向けて傾斜させる。【選択図】 図1
