Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of a brush for efficiently and highly accurately manufacturing a brush in which bristle tips of fiber bundles are aligned, and a brush height from a holder bottom to the bristle tips is aligned.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a brush includes: a fiber bundle insertion/positioning step of inserting fiber bundles 103 into respective fiber bundle holding holes of a first plate 10, and abutting tips 103s of the fiber bundles on a second plate 20 arranged in a position with a predetermined dimension in an axial direction of the fiber bundles at a second surface side of the first plate; a resin material filling step of filling a resin filling tray 50 forming a resin filling part 55 with a non-hardened resin material PM; a resin immersing step of immersing the fiber bundles projecting to a first surface 10a side of the first plate into the resin material in the resin filling tray; a resin hardening step of hardening the resin material; a demolding step of demolding a holder formed by hardening the resin material from the resin filling tray; and a removal step of removing the second plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
