The catheter wire fixture includes a grip part 13 with a first hole (hole 13b) through which the catheter C and the guide wire W can be inserted and removed and from which the inserted catheter C and the guide wire W can be grasped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】カテーテル及びガイドワイヤの操作を容易にすることを可能とする、カテーテルワイヤ固定具及びこれを用いた医療用具を提供する。【解決手段】カテーテルＣ及びガイドワイヤＷを挿脱可能な孔を有するＹ字コネクタ２よりも、基端側に設けられるカテーテルワイヤ固定具１であって、カテーテルＣ及びガイドワイヤＷを挿脱可能であるとともに、挿入されたカテーテルＣ及びガイドワイヤＷを把持することが可能な第１孔（孔１３ｂ）を有する把持部１３を備えるものとする。【選択図】図１
