To provide an electronic device that maintains portability while expanding the size of a display.SOLUTION: A portable electronic device according to the present invention comprises: a first housing that includes a first face and a second face opposite the first face; a second housing that includes a third face and a fourth face opposite the third face; a flexibility display that includes a first display region on the first face and a second display region on the third face; and a hinge part that assists in the rotation of the first housing relative to the second housing in a hinge operation so that the second face of the first housing rotates toward the fourth face of the second housing.
