The light-receiving array unit 3 is constituted in such a manner that a plurality of light detectors 31 detecting light reflected from an object form one pixel. The signal processing unit 4 creates, on the basis of the detection result of the plurality of light detectors 31 forming a pixel, a one-pixel histogram that indicates a relationship between timing information representing an elapsed time from light irradiation timing and liquid quantity information representing the quantity of received light. The signal processing unit 4 creates a divided-pixel histogram for each of a plurality of divided regions into which the light-receiving plane of the pixel is divided. The signal processing unit 4 calculates an object distance for each of the plurality of divided regions, on the basis of a divided-pixel peak waveform that is a peak waveform in the divided-pixel histogram.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】距離測定精度を向上させる。【解決手段】距離測定装置1は、照射部2と、受光アレイ部3と、信号処理部4とを備える。受光アレイ部3は、物体で反射した光を検出する複数の光検知器31が一つの画素を形成するように構成される。信号処理部4は、画素を形成する複数の光検知器31の検出結果に基づいて、光の照射タイミングからの経過時間を表すタイミング情報と、受光された光量を表す光量情報との関係を示す一画素ヒストグラムを作成する。信号処理部4は、画素の受光面を分割した複数の分割領域毎に、分割画素ヒストグラムを作成する。信号処理部4は、複数の分割領域のそれぞれについて、分割画素ヒストグラムにおけるピーク波形である分割画素ピーク波形に基づいて、物体距離を算出する。【選択図】図1 |
