Zusammenfassung:To provide a detection device which detects deterioration of a heat insulating material covering piping.SOLUTION: A detection device comprises: a vibration data acquisition unit which acquires vibration data on detected vibration, the vibration propagating through a heat insulating material covering piping when the piping is vibrated; a computation unit which subjects the vibration data to processing to determine whether or not the vibration data is a complex wave; and a determination unit which determines that deterioration in the heat insulating material occurs when the vibration data is the complex wave. The determination unit makes determination as to whether or not the vibration data is the complex wave on the basis of comparison between waveform data obtained by nth order differential of the vibration data and waveform data obtained by n+2th order differential or a result from frequency analysis of the vibration data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】配管を覆う保温材の劣化を検出する検出装置を提供する。【解決手段】検出装置は、配管を振動させたときに該配管を覆う保温材を伝わって検出された振動データを取得する振動データ取得部と、振動データが複合波か否かを判定するための処理を振動データに対して行う演算部と、振動データが複合波の場合に保温材に劣化が生じていると判定する判定部と、を備える。判定部は、振動データが複合波か否かの判定を、振動データをn階微分した波形データとn+2階微分した波形データの比較、又は、振動データを周波数解析した結果に基づいて行う。【選択図】図5
