Zusammenfassung:To suppress deterioration of cooling capacity even in a condition where an outside air temperature is high.SOLUTION: An ejector type refrigeration device includes: a circulation path 1 in which a heating heat exchanger 3, an ejector 4 and a condenser 5 are provided sequentially and a refrigerant is circulated among these elements sequentially; and a branch path 7 branched from a portion located between the condenser 5 and the heating heat exchanger 3 in the circulation path 1 and communicating with the ejector 4 via an expansion mechanism 40 and an evaporator 10.
