【課題】発錆促進剤の組成によらず、発錆時の環境に着目して、短時間で良好な錆を発生させることができる発錆促進方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の添接板の接合面の発錆促進方法は、建築鉄骨の現場架設において使用する鉄骨柱のブラケット、梁などの母材、または鋼製橋梁の現場仮設において使用する板桁および箱桁等の母材に取り付けられる添接板の前記母材との接合面に発錆させ、これを摩擦面とする際の発錆促進方法において、前記添接板の接合面に、液状の発錆促進剤を噴霧により塗布する塗布工程、およびこの発錆促進剤の塗布後、添接板の接合面温度をオンラインで45〜55℃に加熱して乾燥させ、促進した発錆を行う発錆工程を備えていることを特徴とする。【選択図】 図1 |
