Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for preparing an organosilicon compound having a (meth)acryloyloxy group, which can suppress the growth reaction of a (meth)acrylate compound.SOLUTION: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing an organosilicon compound of formula (3) by simultaneously feeding a compound of formula (1) and a compound of formula (2) in the presence of a polymerization inhibitor and effecting a hydrosilylation reaction in the presence of a platinum catalyst.
