Zusammenfassung: | To provide a stent which improves blood vessel wall expansion force without using a special material or detention structure while having the same mesh size.SOLUTION: A stent 10 has super-elastic two thin lines 20, 30 having a predefined stent inner diameter D0 at a predefined spiral pitch along an axial direction, and two spiral thin lines are in pair which are arranged so as to have a contact state with a micro clearance S0 of five times or less of a line diameter of the thin line. Also, N-pair of dextral spiral thin lines 22 and N-pair of sinistral spiral thin lines 32 are provided with an axial clearance and a peripheral clearance as a predefined mesh clearance 40 formed by crossing the dextral spiral thin lines 22 and sinistral spiral thin lines 32 in a plain weave manner, in which the axial clearance has [(predefined spiral pitch)-{2×(line diameter of thin line)}-(micro clearance S0)] and the peripheral clearance has [{(stent inner peripheral length corresponding to stent inner diameter)/N}-{2×(line diameter of thin line)}-(micro clearance S0)].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ステントにおいて、特別な材料や留置構造を用いることなく、同じ大きさの編目隙間でありながら、血管壁拡張力を向上させることである。【解決手段】ステント10は、超弾性を有する2本の細線20,30が軸方向に沿って所定らせんピッチで所定ステント内径D0を有し、且つ、互いに接触状態を含み細線の線径の5倍以下の微小隙間S0で配置されている2本のらせん細線を1対とする。そして、N対の右巻らせん細線対22と、N対の左巻らせん細線対32とを含み、右巻らせん細線対22と左巻らせん細線対32とが平織状に交差して形成された所定編目隙間40として、[(所定らせんピッチ)−{2×(細線の線径)}−(微小隙間S0)]の軸方向隙間、及び、[{(ステント内径に対応するステント内周長)/N}−{2×(細線の線径)}−(微小隙間S0)]の周方向隙間を有する。【選択図】図1 |
