The pillow body 20 is formed of a cardboard piece. Body pieces 21, in which a groove direction of a flute is directed in a height direction F2, are arranged along a longitudinal direction F1 that is a user's horizontal direction. In the pillow body 20, a groove 20c extended in the longitudinal direction F1 of the pillow body 20 is formed on a bottom 20b.
