Zusammenfassung: | To provide wireless sensor devices in which noise from a power supply signal, a sensor element control signal, and a detection data signal does not affect a detected value during a sensing period by a sensor element.SOLUTION: A wireless sensor device 200 comprises: a first transmission/reception unit 100 that wirelessly transmits a power supply signal and a sensor element control signal to a second transmission/reception unit 110 and wirelessly receives a detection data signal of sensor elements 60 from the second transmission/reception unit 110; the second transmission/reception unit 110 including the sensor elements 60, and a memory unit 50 for storing the detection data signal of the sensor elements and timing data; and a timing control unit 40 that controls the power supply signal, the sensor element control signal, the detection data signal, and their respective timings during a sensing period, based on the timing data, so that the noise from the power supply signal, the sensor element control signal, and the detection data signal does not affect the detection during the sensing period by the sensor elements 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
