BIOMOLECULE RELATING TO ALZHEIMER DISEASE

To provide a set of biomarkers for nerve cognitive disorders characterized by tau toxicity, especially, Alzheimer disease.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a panel of biomarkers which contain protein phosphatase 1 regulatory sub-unit 14A and/or 2',3'-annular nucleotide 3'- phosphodiesterase and/or phosphorized tau or a fragment thereof, and a method for using the same for diagnosing, stage-classifying, treating and evaluating response of medical treatment of nerve cognitive disorders characterized by tau toxicity, especially, Alzheimer disease.
