Zusammenfassung:To more accurately grasp a pit condition.SOLUTION: An information processing device (4) comprises: a data acquisition unit (60) for acquiring a plurality of measurement data (71) showing garbage heights which are generated for each measurement carried out at predetermined time intervals with a height measurement device (13); and an event determination unit (61) for determining an event generated in a pit (21) by executing a comparison between first measurement data generated as a result of previous measurement and second measurement data generated as a result of the measurement after a predetermined time has elapsed since the time of the previous measurement.
