To provide a photoelectric conversion panel whose color of the appearance of the photoelectric conversion panel as seen from a light reception surface side is different from a dark color such as black while suppressing the decrease in photoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion panel 100 has a photoelectric conversion element 10 and a first optical layer 300 that is transparent or translucent with respect to the band of visible light. The first optical layer 300 is provided adjacent to a light reception surface side of the photoelectric conversion element 10.
