The processing device 10 includes: a water movement behavior calculation unit 11 that determines a position of water intrusion into a coating material from the outside and a water movement direction/region inside the coating material based on coating material information obtained from the outside or held in a storage device 20 of its own system, exterior plate information, and piping/device geometry information related to an inclination of the piping/device, and a structure and an arrangement of piping/device, determines a water movement path in the coating material based on a result of the determination, determines whether an inspection target portion is a water retention portion based on an assumption of a corrosion occurrence area when the inspection target portion is in the water movement path, and determines a corrosion failure risk of the inspection target portion based on a result of the determination as to whether the inspection target portion includes the corrosion area and the water retention portion; and a display processing unit 12 that outputs inspection contents to the display device based on a result of the determination of the corrosion failure risk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】配管・機器の外表面腐食の発生域と腐食故障リスクを予測することができる腐食検知システムを提案する。【解決手段】腐食検知システム100は、処理装置10と、表示装置32とを有し、処理装置10は、外部から取得し、または、自システムの記憶装置20に保持している被覆材情報、外装板情報、および配管・機器の傾き、構造、配置に関わる配管・機器幾何学情報により、外部から被覆材への水浸入位置と被覆材内の水移動方向・領域を判定し、その判定結果に基づき被覆材中の水移動経路を判定し、検査対象の部位が水移動経路にあるとき腐食発生域とし、部位は水滞留部であるかを判定し、腐食発生域と水滞留部であるかの判定結果に基づき、部位の腐食故障リスクを判定する水移動挙動演算部11と、腐食故障リスクの判定結果に基づき検査内容を表示装置に出力する表示処理部12と、を有する。【選択図】図1 |
